The woman at the garden store told me not to plant potted tulips in the ground. Will they die if I do?
I just don’t see what difference it makes if they are in the ground or in the pot.
If I plant blooming potted tulips in my NY garden now (Early April) will they survive through the spring?
Every one advises that I plant bulbs during the fall but I at this point that is not an option for me to have the chance to enjoy them in my garden this spring. Will they llive through the entire spring if I plant them outside now? The weather is 32 to 52 degrees for the next 10 days.
