I want to remove some oleander shrubs from my garden. what do I need to do to get rid of them?

Are they deep rooted and will cutting the roots destroy the plant or will it regrow?

To get rid of it completely, you will have to remove the root ball or it will come back. Cut off as much of the shrubs as possible, it will make digging up the root ball easier. If there are no other plants around it ,you could use some “Round Up” to kill the rest of the plant instead of digging up the entire ball. But, digging it up is the best way to go. I am an avid gardner myself and it is a pain in the butt to dig those up.
